  • What is changing?

We are moving! From January 2024 you will no longer be able to access Our Media magazines on www.buysubcriptions.com. To access all your favourite Our Media magazines, visit our new website ourmediashop.com 

  • How will this affect my subscription?

Your magazine subscription will not be affected by the new website launch and your subscriber details will remain the same (including your subscriber number). The only action you will need to take is to register your account on the new website by visiting www.ourmediashop.com/myaccount, so that you can manage your account online should you wish to.

  • Will my credit/debit card payments be changing?

There won’t be any change to the way you pay for your subscription, you don’t need to do anything. Payments on your statement will remain the same.

  • What magazines does Our Media Ltd publish? 

You can find all of our magazines here. Special editions are available here.

  • I have an account on buysubscriptions, how do I access my subscription?

For any subscriptions relating to Our Media titles you will need to create a new account on ourmediashop.com, click login/register and enter your email address and subscription number, all your subscriptions will appear in your new account area.

  • Will my digital subscription be affected?

There is no change to how you’ll access your digital subscription, you can continue via the app. 

  • Will my subscription number change?

No, your subscription number and account details will not be affected, you can register / login to view.

  • What if I need to refund my subscription?

Your statutory rights aren’t affected by the website move, any requests will be processed as normal, in line with our terms & conditions.

  • Where can I take out a new subscription?

  • I placed an order/renewal on buysubscriptions.com, will I still receive my products?

Yes, you’ll receive any products you’ve already ordered without disruption.

  • Where can I renew my subscription?

If you have received any communication advising you to renew via buysubscriptions.com, you can now renew your subscription via www.ourmediashop.com/renewal.

  • Tesco Clubcard Subscriptions
